Flourless Almond Cloud
I’m flour and diary-free. Almost guilt-free too. Italian amaretti biscuits are my first cousins; I’m light and fluffy, full of almondy goodness and dusted with icing sugar. Warning: very more-ish. 7 cm in diameter.

All of my biscuits are prepared in the kitchen where most of allergens are present.

- Flaked Almonds
- Icing Sugar (icing sugar, maze starch)
- Almond Extract (Sunflower Oil, 10% Bitter Almond Extract)
