With environment in mind our cookies are packed in brown Kraft paper boxes and paper carrier bags, both of which are 100% recyclable.No plastic or cellophane, you are welcome.
Storage
Our cookies will keep well for up to five days stored in a sealed container in ambient temperature.Delivery by Post
We bake twice a week. All of our cookies are baked and posted on the same day. All orders are sent as a Royal Mail standard 1st class small parcel. The postage cost is £4.45 per box and the parcel should arrive the next day, however during busy times such as Christmas it may take two days.
Please note that due to the current circumstances and Royal Mail staff shortages your parcel may occasionally take a bit longer to reach you, especially if you live in a rural area and / or offshore. In most cases however, similarly to a 1st class letter, your cookies will be with you the next day. They keep fresh for up to five days so rest assured you will get the best out of them! If you do not receive your parcel within 48 hours from the baking date, please get in touch. The box measurements are 25 ½ cm x 25 ½ cm x 3 ½ cm.

Similarly to the boxes used for home delivery, the postal boxes are also made from a fully recyclable brown Kraft paper. To keep the cookies fresh and to prevent them from turning into a rather unattractive-looking pile of crumbs, we put them in small, individual, biodegradable, transparent bags. Then a nice wrapping paper and a ribbon follow to glam them up. A bit of zig-zag shredded paper ensures that your goodies arrive intact.
